Consumption and generation forecasts

flexOn optimises market pricing by analysing day-ahead electricity prices and automatically shifting consumption to periods when electricity is both green and affordable. The goal is to minimise electricity costs through intelligent load shifting.

By optimising the market-based operation of its cooling system, which accounts for around 60 to 70% of the site’s total electricity demand, Peter Bade GmbH achieved a 15.6% reduction in energy costs in the first quarter of 2024.

Automated optimisation
